Your Fabric, Our Craftsmanship—No COM Installation Charge

The right fabric can bring an entire room together. At California House, we make it easier to carry your design vision through to your game room seating with no additional charge for COM fabric installation.

COM, or Customer’s Own Material, allows you to supply the fabric for your order. Whether you’re coordinating chairs with nearby furnishings or introducing a distinctive pattern, COM gives you more freedom to create a cohesive space for your client.

You provide the fabric, and we upholster your furniture without an added COM installation fee. The cost of purchasing and shipping your fabric remains separate.
