Can I order from California House without a business license?

California House is a wholesale manufacturer that sells exclusively through a network of Authorized Dealers and To‐the‐Trade.  If you do not have a furniture‐related business or qualify for our Trade Program, you can still enjoy our full line of premium game room furniture by shopping through one of our trusted retail partners.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No minimums!  Order one piece at a time if that is what your customer wants.

How does your pricing program work?

As a wholesale only manufacturer, we rely on retail and trade partners to work with each individual customer to configure their dream game room for proper item, size, finish, and fabric that best matches their decor.  We offer tiers of pricing based on display size and order volume.

What Does the Ordering Process Look Like?

Once your application is approved, you will receive a Welcome Packet along with our MSRP Price List, which includes your applicable discount.

For Interior Designers

If you’re currently working on a project and know your client’s color palette, we will send you complimentary strike-offs in your chosen finishes, fabrics, or leathers to help build your storyboard.  Here is a link to a Sample Request Form

  • Full swatch and sample sets are also available for purchase.

For Retailers

If you’re looking to add our products as floor samples, we can provide personalized recommendations based on best‐selling:

  • Items
  • Finishes
  • Fabrics

This guidance will be provided before we send your swatches.

We’ve found that a compelling story can be told in as little as 200 sq. ft. when paired with our catalogs and brochures.

After Placing an Order

Once your order is finalized and submitted:

  1. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement.
    • Important: Please review this document carefully, as production is based entirely on its contents.
  2. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  3. The typical lead time from order placement to shipment is approximately 10 weeks.

How Does Shipping and Fulfillment Work?

All orders are thoroughly inspected and securely packed at our Sacramento factory, and shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) from that location. Unless otherwise requested, every order is:

  • Wrapped
  • Cartoned
  • Palletized
  • Shrink‐wrapped

To protect your shipment, we use red security stretch film and safety tape on all palletized orders.

Important: If your shipment arrives without the red stretch film or with broken safety tape, it may have been tampered with after leaving our facility. Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival.

Shipping Options

We partner with multiple trusted freight brokers to offer you the best LTL shipping options based on:

  • Reputation
  • Speed
  • Cost

Before each order ships, we will present you with a selection of available freight options.
If you prefer to use your own carrier, just let us know—we are happy to coordinate with your choice of shipping provider.

Do you provide installation services?

Many of our products can be installed by you or your crew with ease. Game tables, chairs, and stools are straightforward to set up. However, pool tables and shuffleboards are extremely heavy and require professional installation to ensure proper leveling, cloth installation, and overall setup.

California House does not provide installation services directly. We can, however, recommend trusted installation professionals in your area.

If you prefer a complete turn-key solution that includes both delivery and installation, we suggest working through a California House Authorized Dealer in your region. Once an Authorized Dealer provides you with a quote, all aspects of the project must be coordinated directly through them.

Can I sell California House products on my website?

Yes, but there is a separate approval process. To qualify for online resale, you will need:

  • A proven purchasing history with California House
  • Dedicated resources for customer service, logistics, installation, and more
